Network World's latest newsletter 'Unified Communications' is about "Messaging problems and well-intentioned users".

It's stating almost exactly why a GroupWise shop needs GWAVA's Reveal. Let's have a look at a couple of interesting quotes from that article:

A recent Aberdeen report shows that only 43 percent of all companies check outgoing e-mail.

In the first two articles earlier this month we discussed a few of the different tasks you can accomplish with Reveal 1.5, including the ability to search the GroupWise Message Store, and the way to integrate Reveal with Archive to Go.

One of the questions I hear quite often when speaking to GWAVA clients about Reveal centers on how to monitor the activity of the Reveal user. This is important to many people because, of course, with Reveal you can read any enduser email that you have access to.

One of the greatest challenges GroupWise Administrators have faced over the years has been auditing enduser mailboxes, and performing content inspection. Administrators are asked to do this for various reasons, such as ensuring the integrity of sensitive data and company and trade secrets, or meeting legal and compliance standards. Ironically the security and encryption features of GroupWise, which have given us privacy and peace of mind over the years, have also made it very difficult for Administrators to perform such tasks.
