No, the administration accounts are accounts specific to the GWAVA4 administration tool. YOu can create multiple accounts as required.

Q. Does the updater request come from the server, or from your workstation? ie..does the server send the request to the website directly?
All update requests are initiated by the administrator through the administration web interface, however the task itself is done by the server.

There are a few possibilities; the email address or password is incorrect, or the address of the server. I suggest you check with our support group if those are correct.

Q. We have 2 GWIAs. Will changes made to one be replicated to the other?
Sorry, on the call I answered no, however I was wrong. You can! A scanner is made up of an interface (the process that gets the mail from GW) and an engine (the process that holds the config and does the scanning). If you have more than one gwia you'd create an interface to each and every gwia and then link them back to a single engine. Any settings you make to the engine would then apply to all.
