Self-service using ZENworks?

In Tay's article on Reload, he said something intriguing that I'd like more info about. He said that at the Utah Governor's office they are going to use ZENworks and Reload so their users can self-service themselves into the most recent backup without the need for their GroupWise Administrator to lift a finger.
Can someone explain more about how that works? That's what we need around here. (Hate lifting a finger when I don't have to ;-)

Regarding Self-service using ZENworks
Here's the idea:
Accessing a "Reload" post office is as simple as pointing one's GroupWise client to an IP/DNS Adress and port. What's nice about this is that there is no need to try and give rights, assign a Restore area etc.
However, your users need to type in the different IP/DNS Address in order to access the Reload server. So, to make things easier, make a second GroupWise icon called "GroupWise Backup" with an /ipa-Reload Server IP/DNS Address /ipp-Port if other than 1677 for the POA loaded on the Reload server.
ZENWorks is a great solution for making this extra GroupWise Backup icon to make the process even easier for users.
