GWAVA's support center to begin phone, email, and web support for Novell GroupWise
GWAVA has announced that it will begin support Novell GroupWise with phone, email, and web. Support will be offered to a limited number of customers.
GWAVA Technologies, based in Orem Utah, provides technical support for all of GWAVA's products. The company was founded in 2005 as a means of meeting the demand for advanced technical support to the growing number of GWAVA Customers.
Over the past 12 months, GWAVA Technologies has handled more than 15,000 support calls, this has been a result of GWAVA aggressively expanding their product line beyond anti-virus and anti-spam. GWAVA Technologies now supports several products which include:
GWAVA Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam
Guinevere - Perimeter Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam
GWAVIX - Appliance Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam
WASP - Webaccess Anti-Virus
Reload - Disaster Recover for GroupWise
Retain - Email Archiving for GroupWise
Reveal - GroupWise Auditing of mailboxes
Redline - GroupWise monitoring and alerting
GWAVA is also releasing new products this year that will be announced at BrainShare.
With this announcement, GWAVA will now begin to support the GroupWise product itself. When Customers contact GWAVA for support, GroupWise issues must be addressed because of the intimate relationship between GWAVA products and GroupWise. The first thing a GWAVA Technician often does is determine the health of the GroupWise system. Once the GroupWise system is stable and running smooth, issues with GWAVA's products and easily be addressed.
Novell and GWAVA work very closely together on all aspects of GroupWise, including joint marketing, product development, and now customer support.
GWAVA is attempting to work with the channel community, Novell, and other 3rd party vendors to make it easy for a customer to resolve any issue concerning the GroupWise infrastructure.
GWAVA's support is designed to augment and be a supplement to Novell's technical support services. GWAVA wants it to be clear that this expansion into GroupWise support is not an attempt to suggest customers not turn to Novell for help.
GWAVA considers Novell to be the best source for any support issues for GroupWise. GWAVA is a good partner that is working to help fill any needs that a customer might have that helps them with support issues.
