Redline is a reporting and monitoring solution for Novell GroupWise® that provides a Dashboard for quick access to the most critical areas of GroupWise, a real time monitoring solution that notifies you via email or pager and a System viewer that allows you to see all of the details of your GroupWise components in a single view. How To Identify Problems With Backed Up Message Queues -- The Solution
By running the Redline Data Collection Agent locally on your GroupWise servers, we can expose backed-up messages queues in no time at all. The very powerful "System View" allows administrators to quickly and effortlessly browse all of their GroupWise servers and corresponding message queues through one interface.

Getting The Best Value Out Of GroupWise® -- The Solution
Continuing the example of WebAccess, once again, Redline comes with several predefined reports that allow you to make such an analysis. Another great thing about the reporting engine is that it is template based and gives you the ability to either modify an existing report or create your own custom report.

The WebAccess report shown below is just a small indication of the power of Redline's reporting capability. This example details which features of WebAccess my end users are actually taking advantage of. You already own GroupWise, so why not get the most out of it?

Note: There are several reports designed for WebAccess. This is just a small sample of what data is returned in the actual WebAccess user report. It will give you a good indication whether or not your users are taking advantage of this excellent component of GroupWise.

Managing Your Mobility Solutions -- The Solution
Not only does Redline monitor your entire GroupWise infrastructure as well as your GWAVA solutions for GroupWise but it also monitors and manages your mobility solutions including: Toffa SyncWise, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and NotifyLink Enterprise server.

With built-in alerts and notifications as well as user and usage reports out of the box, Redline gives you instant access to the health of your mobility solutions. Administrators will know within minutes if any problems arise, so they can be proactive in keeping these systems up instead of waiting for something to go wrong.
