Don't Let Your E-mail Newsletter End Up In Your Customers' Junk Folder
Last week I got an interesting question by a customer who sends out newsletters to their customers every single week by using GroupWise and the Formativ Personalized Emailer Pack. Sometimes these newsletters get blocked, by whatever anti-SPAM solution is running for the recipient, because a specific word, HTML layout or a SURBL listed URL is being used. Therefore they were looking for a solution to scan their newsletters up front in order to be sure that the recipients get their newsletters.
I did a little research and came across SpamCheck. SpamCheck allows you to scan your e-mail upfront. Either by posting it on their website or sending the direct e-mail as an e-mail to a specific SpamCheck address. The result is 'The SpamCheck Report' which contains suggested changes when appropriate.
