GWAVACon, the GroupWise and ZENworks Conference being held in Munich Germany October 1-3, 2006 during Oktoberfest, is now available for free to the first 300 people who register at http://gwavacon.com/eu/attendee_registration.php

Starting July 12th at 2pm GMT (9am EST), GWAVACon Europe will begin accepting registrations via Fax and Online for attendance at Europe's premier GroupWise and ZENworks Conference.

After the tremendous success in Sydney for GWAVACon Asia Pacific where the conference was made available for free, GWAVA has decided to offer the first 300 attendees passes to the event at no charge. The event covers in-depth training on all aspects of GroupWise and ZENworks technology. Dozens of speakers from around the world will be present to teach and explain the many new features of GroupWise 7 SP1, ZENworks 7, and sneak peeks at the next version of ZEN codenamed "Brimstone".

In addition, GWAVA offers certification training on GWAVA and Redline, two of its most popular products.

Traditionally GWAVACon is a paid event, similar to Novell BrainShare, but this year, GWAVA has decided to offer the Munich event free due the overwhelming interest in GroupWise 7 and ZENworks.

"Everyone should have the chance to see the excitement that Novell has built into GroupWise 7 SP1" says Charles Taite, CTO of GWAVA. "By opening up GWAVACon for free we are ensuring that many who couldn't come due to budget constraints will now be able to be in attendance."

This year is unique as well since GWAVACon will be held during Oktoberfest in Munich Germany. GWAVACon will be held a short 10 minute walk from Oktoberfest and for a nominal fee, delegates will be able to purchase impossible-to-get Oktoberfest passes through the GWAVACon event. The last evening of GWAVACon will be a party at Oktoberfest where everyone will have a good time, guaranteed.

Here's what one GWAVAcon Sydney attendee had to say about his experience:

"I have just attended GWAVACON, and I must admit I attended fully expecting it to be a GWAVA Sales Conference which it most definitely was NOT. If you can make it, it's most definitely worth it. Best thing I have attended in I.T for 3 years."

Registration for GWAVACon Europe begins on July 12th. The first 300 delegates registered are free, after the first 300, the cost for the event is 795 Euro.

This will certainly be the biggest and most exciting GWAVACon yet. Be sure to visit www.gwavacon.com for more information and get ready to register on July 12th.
